Intelivert Presence is a workforce attendance and time-tracking app designed to easily track and manage the hours clocked by workers at a location. Presence is used in conjunction with the Intelivert Workforce Safety & Management System. Presence provides the ability to scan various forms of ID (printed badges or downloaded digital badges) generated by the Workforce Safety & Management System. Together, Presence and Workforce Safety & Management System provide a real time, enterprise-wide view of which workers are currently on site at any work location, hours clocked, and the ability for contractors to attribute hours worked to Work Order tasks.
Intelivert Presence allows you to:
• Easily track workforce time (clock-in, clock-out)
• Send hours clocked and location data to Workforce Safety & Management System for enterprise-wide visibility
• Use mobile device camera to scan ID cards (front or back camera)
